If you have an existing poster, you can upload the poster artwork.

If you do not have a designed poster, please submit an abstract using the standard template provided to outline what your poster content will cover. Click here to access. Please note in application submission is for a “poster”.

Selected posters may be given a 5-minute pitch presentation in the concurrent sessions.

Papers or case studies not selected for a full presentation may be offered a poster position.

Palliative Care NSW will print your poster in A1 format and display your poster in a designated area at the conference.

Workshops/panels can be submitted for consideration for the following durations:

  • 60 minutes
  • 90 minutes
  • 120 minutes

Workshops/panels may be scheduled on the Monday (pre-conference), Tuesday or Wednesday.

Diversity (gender, age, experience, organisation) of presenters / panellists is essential and will be part of the judging criteria.

  • Please ensure you have the relevant permissions to submit your content prior to uploading.
  • Preference will be given to content that has not been presented to a wide audience before. If you are submitting the same content to the Oceanic Palliative Care Conference and it is accepted, you will still be able to present at this conference.
  • Ensure all co-authors are listed.
  • PDF format required for uploading.
  • Full paper / case study not required for conference if selected, but is encouraged.

Speaker registration due to confirm position in program

All speakers will be required to register for the conference and pay the registration fee.  Speakers are entitled to a discounted registration fee of $645 inc. GST.  You must arrange and cover your own travel and accommodation. Accepted workshops must register all speakers.

Friday 18th September
