  • All registration fees are inclusive of GST
  • To access the Member rate you must be a current financial member of PCNSW
  • The ‘Become a Member’ rate includes the PCNSW membership fee until 30 June 2025
  • The Non-Member rate is 20% more than the Member Rate

General Information

What does the registration fee include?

The registration fee entitles each delegate to the following:

  • Attendance at pre-conference workshops (Thursday 31st October)
  • Welcome Reception (Thursday 31st October)
  • All sessions (Friday 1st – Saturday 2nd November)
  • Conference catering (Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on day one and morning tea, lunch on day two)
  • Conference Dinner including return coach transfers (Friday 1st November)
  • Delegate satchel and program booklet

Additional tickets can be purchased for partners, guests to attend the:

  • Welcome Reception, $75.00 per person
  • Conference Dinner, $125.00 per person

Registration confirmation

Your registration will only be confirmed on full payment of fees due and all fees must be paid prior to the event to ensure access to the event on the day.

Group Booking

Should you wish to do a group registration of 3 or more please email info@palliativecarensw.org.au with your request and a key contact for the management of the group booking.  A group invoice will then be generated and sent to the key contact for processing and management.

Credit Card

Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa.

Cheque

We are not able to accept cheques as payment.

Nametag

Your nametag will be issued onsite when registering and will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times during the Conference to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. PCNSW expects appropriate and respectful behaviour from all attendees and reserves the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Cancellations and timelines

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Registration Manager.

Cancellations / Substitutions

A substitute delegate for a current registration can be advised at any time at no charge.

Cancellation of a registration will incur the following fees:

1 May – 13 September 2024

$100 cancellation fee

14 September – 14 October 2024

50% cancellation fee

15 October – 31 October 2024 (event start date)

100% cancellation fee

Recordings / Copyright

PCNSW reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.

Should you wish not to be photographed, please indicate this on your registration form.

Other important information

This information is correct at the time of publishing. PCNSW reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. PCNSW will not accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
